Initial Meeting

I will meet with you initially at no charge to see if we are a 'good fit'. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions and for us both to decide if we'd like to work together.

Session Structure

I will meet with you for one hour unless we decide otherwise. Together we will make a contract in our first paid session, covering:

• Our responsibilities as supervisor and supervisee
• Record keeping
• Frequency of sessions
• Complaints process
• Confidentiality
• Method of payment
• Review process
• Ending our relationship

Where We Meet

I am happy to meet at your workplace and also supervise online — hopefully easing time pressure for supervisees. I'm based in Nelson but work with professionals across New Zealand.

Who I Work With

I work with a variety of professionals including social workers, educators, health professionals, managers, and others. I supervise both individuals and groups.
